Staff seen caring and compassionate.
The care given is exceptional.
When I started I felt very low my health care worker was always friendly and patent with anything I did not understand things this as { } as although this service is my given as worked for me.
We had very useful discussions about my problems and strategies to improve things.
I felt very supported and understood.
Staff always manage to listen and help out even if it is difficult and they do not have much time.
Caring staff, comfortable room, good food.

There has been many occasions where a number of follow ups have been required for requests but ultimately key concerned actions have led to a good outcome so far.
Thank you for your feedback. Access to utilising the gym and having leave in the grounds is dependent on certain factors, risk, physical health, staffing. I am sure that all these were taken into consideration prior to you being able to utilise the gym and have leave outside in the grounds. I am sorry that you felt you had to wait for some time to utilise this.

Informative, compassionate and knowledgeable staff.
Staff were kind, food was good, and rooms comfortable.
Staff are always busy but if you need anything they help you as soon as they can.
Feel very safe and the staff keep everything calm on the ward as much as possible.
