There has been many occasions where a number of follow ups have been required for requests but ultimately key concerned actions have led to a good outcome so far.
Suggested improvements
It would have been good to have had opportunity to can { } to go outside { } the gym earlier.

Thank you for your feedback. I have sent your comment to the ward manager to remind staff of the need to deal with requests promptly. Please raise the issue of access to the gym at a patient meeting. Best wishes Hugh Jones, Patient Experience Manager.

Thank you for your feedback. Access to utilising the gym and having leave in the grounds is dependent on certain factors, risk, physical health, staffing. I am sure that all these were taken into consideration prior to you being able to utilise the gym and have leave outside in the grounds. I am sorry that you felt you had to wait for some time to utilise this.
