Thank you for your review. All patient leave is dependent on risk which would have been a decision made by the Ward Consultant. I am sorry if you felt that you were not given enough leave whilst on the ward.

I feel that after my stay on Marina ward I am far more able to recognise I needed and still need to take full responsibility for my actions and that I can make my own decisions. There was no need for me to be there for so long and I could easily have been discharged now had I kept myself to myself. To be fair I am having my medication altered now which I am comfortable with. Marina staff went above and beyond their limits to facilitate my needs in terms of occupational therapy and is the least restrictive ward I've been on for over a decade. This worked both positively and negatively for me as the kindness from the team I may have taken for weakness and I may have misbehaved because of this as well as got involved in arguments I shouldn't have.

English breakfast on a Saturday most definitely!
otherwise maybe more seclusion, even for myself. Although I feel that after the care and treatment I received on marina I am well on my way to a full recovery with some extra counsel I will be able to finally face the fact that illegal drugs are no good for me. I have no real right to make any suggestions.

We feel that all the staff are patients enough to explain when we ask about questions. They are not in a rush.
Suggested improvements
If we can access into our record like the GP did then it would be perfect so we care check or update our future appointment without the need of calling hospital.
