Most staff friendly.
Activity room not opened enough.
As staff unable to open as too busy and not enough of them.
Rooms cold.
Definately not!
Under care of Dr Mann I do not discriminate against any religion, race, creed or colour.
Merry X mas.
It was good that I always felt I could talk to staff.
One member of staff S.P cares very much, you can tell that but she needs to change her approach.
Chris always put a smile on my face and could relate to my experiences which helped.
Sam always puts a smile on my face no matter what mood I was in S.P should take a leaf out of their book.
Not enough HCA's.
Need more health care assistants.
Insight of doctors and the nurses who knew my condition was affecting me before I was even aware of it.
Incidentally refusal of medication might be that the patient is unaware.
I have been allowed the maximum amount of time and space to become familiar with my condition even though the staff are thoroughly involved, the meals are fresh and regular and the rooms are cleaned daily. If someone could find the tv remote.
Thank you for your feedback which we take very seriously. We have looked at our staffing levels on our inpatient wards and are satisfied that we can provide care in a safe way. However, we have had to rely recently on an unusual number of temporary staff which, we realise, does not always provide the continuity and quality of care that patients expect. We are actively recruiting more permanent staff and, wherever possible, using the same temporary staff so they get to know patients. We are also training the temporary staff so that they can better support regular staff with activities both within and outside the hospital. We will be closely monitoring feedback.
Not enough staff for 17 patients- need at least one more HCA on each shift.
Caring staff, who when under pressure still managed to find time to smile, and help patients and family.
Seem "stretched" at times, maybe some 'shifts' to long?
Mostly very good.
