Insight of doctors and the nurses who knew my condition was affecting me before I was even aware of it. Incidentally refusal of medication might be that the patient is unaware. I have been allowed the maximum amount of time and space to become familiar with my condition even though the staff are thoroughly involved, the meals are fresh and regular and the rooms are cleaned daily. If someone could find the tv remote.

Response from Berrywood Hospital

Thank you for your feedback which we take very seriously. We have looked at our staffing levels on our inpatient wards and are satisfied that we can provide care in a safe way. However, we have had to rely recently on an unusual number of temporary staff which, we realise, does not always provide the continuity and quality of care that patients expect. We are actively recruiting more permanent staff and, wherever possible, using the same temporary staff so they get to know patients. We are also training the temporary staff so that they can better support regular staff with activities both within and outside the hospital. We will be closely monitoring feedback.
