It was good that I always felt I could talk to staff. One member of staff S.P cares very much, you can tell that but she needs to change her approach. Chris always put a smile on my face and could relate to my experiences which helped. Sam always puts a smile on my face no matter what mood I was in S.P should take a leaf out of their book.
