The staff all work very hard to deliver a good kind of care to patients. The ward is clean and staff try to be as available to patients as possible.
I am sorry that you found the ward environment noisy and scary at times. I would like to reassure you that there are always plenty of staff who you are able to speak to when feeling like this. I understand it can be difficult to keep yourself busy, especially sharing an environment with many other people. I hope that you were able to access the therapy groups whilst you were on Bay ward and were able to relay your concerns to the nurses on the ward.

Because the staff have been very kind and compassionate on the whole. Particularly great care from [name removed], loveness and the whole team on bay ward.
I travel from peter borough via taxi, costing $100 each day. I am on a programme for 10 days but having asked if I could.
My apologies for the inconvenience this caused you. We had unexpected levels of staff absence and capacity was challenging. We did not have capacity to offer more than 1 treatment a day, if you require this in the future please ask for this prior to your treatment sessions and we will try and accommodate it

Kind, caring and compassionate - always there to listen and help wonderful nursing staff.
We are really sorry about this, but the doctor was on leave, so we should have made alternative arrangements. We will discuss this with the consultant concerned.

Cannot fault- always super caring and supportive.
Everyone is very kind understanding and compassionate.
No matter how low I am feeling, the staff always greet you with a smile on their face and are keen to know how I am feeling.
