Supported over years by service. Always given kindness time and responded to concerns which raised primarly [name removed] main content. Took time to get to know my father and support his dementia. Always listened to and supported me as his carer. Advice always appropriate. Did not use Jagon and given in a clear and calm manner. This service as a whole and [name removed] as a point of contact had been invaluable in helping me to support care for my dad.
