Jigna was so patient and understanding of me and my situation, even though I was in distress and struggling with my emotions at the time.

All the staff from the morning all the way up to being seen and treated last minute wee spectacular, although my initial call to arrange an appointment on the day lacked compassion and empathy with my circumstances. If it wasn’t for Jigna and the staff at reception on the day finding the time to see me, my mental stage of mind would have been much worse

Sally was very kind, attentive and knowledgeable. She was also very helpful in answering any questions I had, and communicated risks i should be aware of :)

The nurse that attended to me was very nice and caring. She communicated all i needed to know and made me understand the process. She was very professional during the meeting.

Everyone was so kind and responsive to my questions. Everything was clearly explained to me. I have been treated with respect

The only thing that could have be done better is they could have done an ultrasound to check if everything with my coil was OK, as I have been worried that it might be moved somehow and probably that is the reason for my lower back pain
