I was very happy with the information and advice I was given.
Suggested improvements
It was difficult to arrange the appointment as I had to call at exactly 8am and hold for 25 minutes before I was put through.
It would help if there was a better system in place to book an appointment.

Turned up without an appointment, the receptionist was extremely helpful in helping with my matter. Was looked after my Sam an he was so reassuring an put my mind at ease. Got me in an appointment later that day with the consultant who again was more than helpful. The whole department was friendly, helpful, supportive and I can’t thank them enough.

The nurse checked in with me every step of the way, asked questions, didn’t assume and was vey kind
