Just wanted to start my saying a big thank you to Fadela for all her efforts in supporting me. She made me feel comfortable to be open and honest about my situation. She seems very genuine and non-judgemental.started my experience here on a high compared to other clinics. Mandy was nice and seemed very experience in her practice. She seemed very patient and explained the process quite well.

I had booked an appointment yet i did not get seen until 38 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and people who had arrived AFTER me were seen to and left before me.

Ensure that appointments start within 10-15 mins of the appointment time!!

I hade a great experience! Normally I feel a bit anxious and awkward going to these appointments but the doctor I spoke to today was amazing! She was incredibly informative and made me feel so comfortable. I’ve not had many positive experiences with medical professional in my life, and I’ve seen ALOT of doctors but today was definitely a good experience. Thank you!!

I went in without an appointment and was seen shortly after. I felt well informed to make a decision in regards to my care, questions were answered and I was made to to feel comfortable.

My appointment went great and the way I would expected it to be.

No matter what I’m always treated very well here. Very well communicated with by the reception team and nurses. Always treated fairly here too. As far as medical facilities go this place always keeps you feeling at ease.

I went into the clinic today they were very kind and calmed me down as I was in a bit of a panic . Top marks to all staff who showed me nothing but kindness and compassion

I was seen by Dr Alvares today and she was very patient, attentive and helpful. She is a perfect example to other nurses of how patients should be dealt with, she made me feel extremely comfortable and not once did I feel rushed.
