Although the nurses were very kind, I did not want to discuss the weather and other small talk whilst her head was in my vagina. The excessive talking was so off putting.

Not broken the threads on the coil and made sure notes were collated from previous appointments prior to my appointment therefore nurse did not know if I was fitted with a 5 year or 10 year coil. Now the threads have broken and I need to wait months for a scan to determine if the coil is dislodged and to have it removed.

**positive feedback incoming!** apologies for my spelling and grammar mistakes in advance…May I firstly begin and say that both of the nurses in Room no 16 were fantastic and certainly deserve a lot of credit to your team and the NHS. They made my consultation welcoming as well as fun - without coming across awkward. I felt instantly at ease. The tests were performed as required. I left the building with reassurance and a big smile as I was pescribed some tablets and literature discretely via email :-). Credit also goes out to both of the reception ladies on the front desk. Again, they understood that I work in the Emergency Servies and how hard it can be for us all to get time off due to our demanding shift hours and a slot was available which I took.

Nothing. Honestly nothing. Other than perhaps giving these guys a pay rise or promotion !

The staff were amazing staff at reception and I had a lovely gynecologist who was so informative, patient and funny too. I recieved great service overall.

I had a great experience so have nothing to suggest at this time.

I arrived a bit late and they were not happy I understood because like she said she said it would also make other patients be here. And that from March I am not allowed to book an appointment. Which I don't know what that means. But aside from that the nurse was lovely. Communicated well.

I believe there should be an exception case where someone is running late. They person could have a reas and may have left the house one time but.….
