They were just very nice, listened and were kind and compassionate in their manner.

The queue outside in a morning long and some people have mobility issues and couldn’t stand. Some perch rests or seating needed in the outside wait area perhaps. When I filled my form in and handed it in on the clipboard the man next to me could see everything so I had to cover it. Not very private. Maybe instead of shouting names you could allocate numbers for privacy.
