My appt was for a blood test and flu jab. However, when I arrived, I was told that the flu jab was not marked on my notes and in any event, could not be done.

Having just moved to Kendal and registered with the practice this was my first real dealings with it and I've been really pleased with the service given and helpfulness of all the staff.
I've been with the same surgery for 17 years so having to move was a little daunting but so far faultless

The treatment i received was brilliant as it always is . I have never had any cause for complaint in the 20 years i have been with them. The staff are always all very helpful,

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
