I never really dealt with the receptionist and as for making an appointment it's such hard work and your on hold for ages whilst your in a cue and avaliable appointments are weeks away

Please read [name removed] our sons records and complaints and you will see why ,

Doctors should have known about a health passport and disabled safe guarding document for our son. Also should have known about [name removed] the special needs nurse for the area and contacted him. The Doctors should have listened to me about my concerns for [name removed] and sent him to hospital for investigations. I know him better than anyone else. If that would have happened we would not have had four weeks of a nightmare backwards and forwards to hospital, resulting in surgery a stoma and a bag. What our son and ourselves have gone through is disgraceful. I would not like anyone else in our situation to go through this ever .
