It is not easy to get an apptmt at the surgery in under four weeks. To get a telephone apptmt you have to start ringing at 8am

Easy by text for flu vaccination. My husband does not find it easy to get an appointment.

My appointment was just for a flu vaccine. All fine for me. A little confusion with clinic A, B, C.
Just an observation but there were 2 or 3 people trying to queue with mobility problems- perhaps they could have been fast tracked through.

Sometimes you struggle to get through on the phone especially certain times of the day, you could be waiting for a while before getting through

I went for a flu jab at 9.18 and I was outbid the surgery by 9.20 even though there was a bug queue.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
