Excellent meds review by telephone- listened to and individualised care. Can be a long wait and difficult to access appointments.
Suggested improvements
Recent vaccination unclear if needed a mask or not - seemed to for COVID at Maude Street but not at Helme Chase. Clear instructions and signs would be useful.

Having moved to the area I needed a referral to orthotics for an ongoing permanent issue. I phoned and was advised I needed to see the physiotherapist for the referral and was able to get an appointment within a week.
We discussed my progress so far with recovery and I now have some more up to date excercise to help things along.

Very good service. The surgery was very busy so interactions with staff needed to be brief

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
