I had requested an appt due to persistent foot pain and was directed to the practice physio. Throughout the consultation, [name removed] listened and was helpful and reassuring. At all times, he kept me informed about what he was thinking and came up with a plan that has made me feel more hopeful than I have for a while!

I can't think of anything. It has been a smooth process from my first phone call.

In surgery contact is fine for getting jobs done, such as amending my repeat prescription as advised by the pharmacist I consulted last month. Phone contact always takes longer, waiting for a suitable team member to talk to

The pharmacist could have completed the repeat prescription amendment at the time he advised me.

I requested an appointment with a doctor and was given a telephone appointment. In the end the telephone appointment was successful and I was seen by doctors thr same day .

I cannot understand why you are told to phone at 8am for an appointment, yet when you call at 8.00 you are told the doctors are all booked up.

Everything went according to plan. I did have appointment for next day. However I was telephoned and told nurse was ill who was due to take bloods , so could I make appointment for day earlier, I could and did . Not registered in screen on arrival, however receptionist immediately checked , said it was ok. My appointment with nurse was on time, and she was extremely efficient, yet friendly.
