Great that you can book a physio appointment directly but it was a 6 week wait for the appointment. The actual consultation was good.

Appointment sooner than a 6bweek wait would be good but understand services under pressure.

I had requested an appt due to persistent foot pain and was directed to the practice physio. Throughout the consultation, [name removed] listened and was helpful and reassuring. At all times, he kept me informed about what he was thinking and came up with a plan that has made me feel more hopeful than I have for a while!

I can't think of anything. It has been a smooth process from my first phone call.

In surgery contact is fine for getting jobs done, such as amending my repeat prescription as advised by the pharmacist I consulted last month. Phone contact always takes longer, waiting for a suitable team member to talk to

The pharmacist could have completed the repeat prescription amendment at the time he advised me.
