I called the surgery after receiving a text asking to call regarding a repeat prescription request. When I called the receptionist was really helpful with finding me an appointment due to the 6 weeks holiday starting so juggling childcare so it was really appreciated.

Nothing - all in all good service received.

Time restrictions for calling penalises those who work. If you are lucky enough to get through straight away that’s hone but that rare & those who work where they drive a lot can’t always stay on hold.

I appreciate the local population has expanded a lot recently without additional resources so will save comments for politicians
