I had a routine blood test undertaken by Toby. I am not good with needles, but honestly I didn’t realise the procedure was over when Toby told me “all done.” I was seen on time, but on this occasion I checked in using the automated system so did not speak to reception. However, in the past I have found them helpful.

Nothing I can think of.

I cannot fault my recent appointments and treatments over the last few months. I have had several health concerns diagnosed and treated this year and am very grateful to all staff at the surgery.

Compared to many surgeries I think you are still providing a very good service under these current national circumstances and I am most thankful.

Sometimes difficult if GP is on day off or away as you can't have an alternative one

I had a smear test with a nurse, I think it should be standard practice that the door is locked, as someone entered whilst she was about to start the procedure, which left me feeling a little anxious.
