There are quite long waits to get through by telephone. If my issue isn't considered an emergency l have to book several weeks ahead or ring back the next day and try again.

I checked in on the screen so didn’t see a receptionist. My appointment with Karen Malone was excellent as always.

Appointment was cancelled with a message left on my home phone… I don’t have a home phone.

Usually our experience is without issue and the practice is outstanding. However, this time was not the usual, but still handled professionally and expertly by the reception team.

The nurses and practice staff are always professional and helpful. I am always involved in decisions about my care. My GP is excellent in her standard of care and delivery.

Recruit more qualified nurses and GPs instead of GP assistants.

I was seen very quickly once I’d arrived at the surgery and was delete with in a friendly professional manner.

It would have been much better if I could have gone to my own surgery which is in walking distance. I had to pay £4.30 train for plus £8.10 to get to you and I’m in-employed. That’s two days food for me right now!
