Usually very easy to get an appointment at this great surgery, but last couple of times a nightmare. Due to shortage of GPs I believe after the fab Dr Thomson retired (30 years of care ...not easy to replace). New check in system installed - hopefully not to replace the very friendly reception staff. Always feel the team at this surgery will go out of their way to help you. Let's hope we get back to being able to book in advance for those non urgent but must see a gp soon scenarios.

Very pleased to be a patient at this surgery. Can not really fault it and that applies to nurses, receptionists and Doctors.

I had a couple of small issues to talk about. After attempting to get an appointment on multiple occasions I didn't expect the Dr to cut me short saying she had no time to discuss my other issues. I've never has this here before and found it quite disappointing especially after telling her how long I had tried booking an appointment and that I work away from home and struggled to commit to a scheduled appointment.

I saw a relatively new doctor who communicated well with me and involved me in my care. I think the waiting area could be improved- tho I did notice the addition of a a water machine- appreciate newer magazine and more innovative displays with more leaflets on mental health issues (Not just one re suicide).
