Seen promptly. Use of electronic check in - save take up time/space at reception. I can seen Dr's who have very good patient manner now.

Excellent service, helpful and caring staff throughout the practice. Appointments almost always to time. Door from waiting room to consulting rooms very difficult to open if you're disabled, in a wheelchair or have a pram. At the bottom of the steps outside when the leaves gather it can be quite dangerous. These are just small things which don't negate from the wonderful service at the practice.

Love the fact that Dr Dewhurst was happy for me to email him about an issue - and he then provided a prescription rather than me having to visit as the issue was minor, and he had already assessed it.

Usually very easy to get an appointment at this great surgery, but last couple of times a nightmare. Due to shortage of GPs I believe after the fab Dr Thomson retired (30 years of care ...not easy to replace). New check in system installed - hopefully not to replace the very friendly reception staff. Always feel the team at this surgery will go out of their way to help you. Let's hope we get back to being able to book in advance for those non urgent but must see a gp soon scenarios.
