The surgery is always very helpful and I can get appointments when needed. The nurse I saw today was professional and informative. Everyone I have yet met at lilltle common surgery is friendly and professional.

My appointment was with the nurse to remove stitches following a recent knee operation at the Conquest. The service has been first class. The surgery phoned me within 2 hours of the op (I was still in hospital recovering from meds). They were responding to a message from the hospital saying I needed an appointment as described. Appointment booked. I arrived and was seen on time. All done in a matter of minutes. Thank you.

Nothing. Very impressed with all the staff I observed during my very brief visit.

Appointments have to be made first thing in the morning. But you are not always free on that day and it is impossible to make an appointment in advance that will suit your work and family commitments . 90% of the time you have to speak to someone who is not a doctor and you have to wait at home until he /or she calls you and After all this, they recommend you make an appointment with the GP. is this not a waste of everyone's time?

It be nice to go back to the old days, when You could actually make an appointment to speak to a GP face-to-face

Everything was excellent though, confidentially, the nurse I saw about my asthma was the least helpful.
