Not always possible to get an appointment when you need it. You can call as soon as the telephone lines open and still find that all the doctors’ appointments are taken when you finally get through. Either there aren’t enough doctors or not enough appointments to be seen as soon as possible. Booking in advance (blood tests, for instance) is not a problem.

Saw the nurse today who was extremely helpful and professional so overall a good experience.

I didn’t like the assessment being completed in the corridor with weighing followed by personal comments in earshot of anyone on the waiting room.
