I was treated with respect and my concerns were listened.

A hand rail on the slope up to the door of the surgery would be a help for us older folks who aren't so steady on our feet.

Depends on which receptionist you get, some are very rude.

Get ALL receptionists to be as courteous as they ask of the public.

I received a message to book a blood test, I phoned and was booked in within a week for a day/time that suited both. The receptionist was very helpful, polite and happy did a great job. My blood test appointment was on the 20/Aug/24 @ 11:30 and I was seen very near to that time. A lovely gentleman (I think Adam) saw me, again he was very professional and welcoming he reassured me that it may not be as bad as I was thinking especially as I learnt that he had been a phlebotomist. They are the only people who are able to find a vein first attempt. So I was extremely relieved and grateful not to have endured lots of attempts. He also advised/confirmed that by drinking as much water as possible the night before and prior to appointment will help them to find the veins easier, which I have duly noted and will do in the future. Thank you to all involved. Well Done and wishing you continued success.
