Following a fall resulting in several cuts and bruises my husband drove me to the surgery, a receptionist organised an appointment there and then and after a short wait Kim cleaned and dressed my wounds advising on aftercare and admistering a tetanus jab - she was so thorough and kind - a big thank you for such wonderful care.

Micheal the ANP was particularly helpful, informative, intelligent and qualified to deal with my symptoms. The medical advice seemed solid. The difficulty has been with trying to get an appointment. On this occasion the phone system did not allow you to speak to someone to book so I was forced to drive to the surgery to organise an appointment. The trainee receptionist was responsive and dealt with my needs professionally and with care. I was provided with an appointment for the same day due to my prolonged symptoms of 4 weeks. Overall, this particular experience was very positive and I rate Michael highly.

It would benefit the patient to be asked whether all their concerns had been covered and that they were happy with the treatment plan suggested.
