We moved a few months ago and having joined a new practice it made us realise how extremely lucky we were to have been with Henfield Medical Centre for the last 12 years. The care and support given to us by Dr Crawford Clarke especially to my husband who suffers with a gentic disease was exemplary and we have nothing but praise for the whole practice

My husband and I have attended Henfield Medical Centre over many years, and have always had excellent clinical care. We like the system of a dedicated doctor, but also have praise for the duty doctor system, which ensures that you will be dealt with the same day, either by telephone or, if necessary, by a visit to the Centre. The clinicians are responsive and caring, and are prepared to spend enough time with you to ensure that a full diagnosis is completed. Generally, the Centre runs efficiently. The recent recruitment of a senior nurse practitioner has been of great benefit to the duty doctor system - my husband was seen by him at short notice late on Friday afternoon, and found the consultation very beneficial.

I have been attending Henfield Medical Centre for over ten years and have had no complaints what so ever. All of the staff, be they nurses, pharmacists, doctors, receptionists of other members of the team are competent, understanding and professional. It is refreshing to find an organisation that offers such a good service and does such a good job.

I am fortunate enough to liaise through receptionist Barbara Smith at the Partridge Green, Woodlawn surgery. She provides an excellent link to the GPs & nursing staff, is always very helpful and brings a smile to the surgery whenever she's there.
