Good morning, thank you for your feedback. We always try our best to accommodate requests to see a specific GP however this is not always possible . For routine appointments we recommend completing an eConsult form and specifying your preferred clinician. This service is available between 7.00am and 10.00am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app, I hope you find this helpful. This week Gillian will be visiting the nurses for her eighth appointment with at least another three in the diary all to dress her wound on the head after her haematoma.
We cannot express enough how kind, courteous, sympathetic and gentle they have all been with the challenge. Thank you all.

I have always found staff helpful at Billinghurst surgery
Suggested improvements
At no point was I advised that I would be seeing a Nurse Practioner and was under the impression I was seeing a Doctor. I have no issues with the person I saw, she was professional and very nice. I only realised when she had to consult a Doctor. I appreciate that you would only have well-qualified personnel working at the Surgery, but I do think patients need to be told up front if they are not seeing a Doctor.
