Good morning, thank you for your feedback. We always try our best to accommodate requests to see a specific GP however this is not always possible . For routine appointments we recommend completing an eConsult form and specifying your preferred clinician. This week Gillian will be visiting the nurses for her eighth appointment with at least another three in the diary all to dress her wound on the head after her haematoma.
We cannot express enough how kind, courteous, sympathetic and gentle they have all been with the challenge. Thank you all.
