Good handling by the reception team. My appointment had to be rearranged at short notice due Staff sickness. As a result I did NOT have a waisted trip to the surgery. Thanks for being on top of the daily issues.
Suggested improvements
As issues get resolved the ability to get a planned appointment with a named Dr would be great.

I have no problems with any experiences with Roman Way Surgery. In contact with them on several issues and my obverall treatment has been of the highest quality professionally.
