When waiting past appointment times it would be nice to know there will be a delay. I arrived 20 mins early as my newborn was due a feed so thought I'd feed him before my appointment. I ended up waiting 20 mins after my appointment time to be seen but no explanation was offered, I understand things overrun but keeping patients informed should be made a priority.

On 12th June I tried to get an appointment but the first available appointment was 2nd July. This is not acceptable.

We are very happy with all the services provided at present but I would like a Chiropodist and Chiropractor available in the surgery.

As with most surgeries getting an appointment within 48 hours is difficult unless it's an emergency - only way to help this is employing more doctors and lengthening surgery hours, but I realise this is nigh on impossible.
