Dr Church always listens properly to what you say (unusual in my experience of Drs!) The surgery is always a pleasant and efficient environment. Now they always tell you how long you may have to wait too which is great. You never have to wait too long and I always know if I am waiting it is not due to inefficiency, it is for a good reason.

The staff in the surgery are always very polite. The waiting area is very clean and airy, I have always received fantastic care from all of the staff, nurses and doctors. They have always provided an excellent service to my whole family.

a very pleasant surgery. Friendly and efficient staff from doctors to receptionists. Slight disappointment with the 2 weeks waiting time for a non urgent appointment. I thought that only happened in London! But always more than satisfied with the all the doctors, including the locus.

The Nurse on Duty today (30 June 2015) was very friendly, chatty and personable. I was treated with individuality and great care. If going to the Doctor's is ever a pleasure, she certainly made it one today. Thank you.

I have always found the reception staff helpful and also let you how many patients are before you. The GPs I have seen have been very supportive, helpful and give you the time to sort out your problem even though they have a full surgery and would end up probably running late. The nurses are great and it is very helpful to have a practition nurse who can deal with certain illnesses. Although it can be difficult to get an appointment sometimes there is a message system and a doctor or nurse will call back. The online prescription request is very useful and efficient. All GP practices are over-stretched but I am very pleased when we moved to Calne area that we registered with this practice. I had asked neighbours and this one was recommended.
