i needed follow up care and advice after a hospital stay. very friendly, efficient receptionist and superb professional change of dressings by nurses who did even better job than the hospital staff. all round, a really positive experience

As always the receptionist was helpful when I gave a brief discription of my problem and found me an appointment for just an hour later. I have never come across the 'classic ' GP receptionist at this surgery. They listen and realize they are a part of the patient care.

I attended the surgery this morning for a routine blood test. I am not the easiest to have my bloods drawn. My veins are just very difficult. After four attempts by different techniques and a break out in sweat, pain and dis comfort, the nurse persevered with patience and a good sense of humour, forty minutes later she got a result. See you in again in three months. Emma ( the nurse is kind and her room is airy and has a comfortable environment)
