Needs a better telephone service for when doctors need to call back patients, you could be sitting around for ages waiting for a call back.

Absolutely brilliant staff. Friendly , approachable, polite, and professional. They always smile, and always ask how you are. They always try to fit you in for an appointment.

A excellent practise. Some doctors are better than others thou at other advice. Giving treatment and listening to you. Possibly train all doctors at giving a positive outcome so you leave the surgery happy that your problem as been felt with and no rushed, at times I've felt rushed and not taken seriously. The car park really needs to have more room to monuvere when parking and when you can't drive very when you have physical problems makes it stressfull.

I always recieve fantastic care when I visit the surgery, the reception staff are always polite and helpful, all of the doctors I see for ongoing care take the time to assess my needs with me, I have always used this surgery since i moved to Calne 5 years ago and the care and treatment I have received has been fantastic.
