The Dr. was very welcoming, 100% responsive and she listened carefully to what I told her. She did some tests immediately and arranged for blood tests next week. I did not feel she rushed me through at all and she certainly made eye contact and did not stare at the computer screen instead of at me. I could clearly see the screen myself too when she did turn to it which was interesting and not something I recall being able to do previously. Excellent service.

I only spoke to the receptionist to make an appt to have any necessary jobs before going to Thailand over Christmas. We have been in the care of Gilbert House since the 1970's and everyone in this team have dealt with major and minor problems for all our family. Thank you!

Over the 10 years that I have lived in Ashtead, I have always had excellent help from the desk and the GP's and nurses. I have never had to wait longer than a few days for an appt and then probably because the GP was part time usually I get an appt within 48 hours and today 45 mins! Well done all of you.
