Over the 10 years that I have lived in Ashtead, I have always had excellent help from the desk and the GP's and nurses. I have never had to wait longer than a few days for an appt and then probably because the GP was part time usually I get an appt within 48 hours and today 45 mins! Well done all of you.

I've had a great service. I called in to the surgery this morning and requested an appointment with my doctor Dr Carver late afternoon today. The receptionist was charming and very helpful, and arranged a late appointment so I could get there after work. Dr Carver is fantastic! She is really approachable and quickly diagnosed my problem, and a solution. I couldn't be happier with the surgery.

I rang the reception 10 mins before the appointment saying I am running. I got told off by the receptionist and cancel or rebook was not possible. Managed to get there on time but I ended up waiting for the GP call for 25 mins. First time i am using this GP surgery but my first impression was not great. Very unhelpful receptionists, GP didn't even apologizes/noticed that how late she was. Nothing I can do with NHS but at least, i am registering myself with the online booking system so i do not have to deal with such rude reception.
