Very pleasant bedside manner. Gave me his full attention and also came to see me on his day off in order that I could go home. My only beef concerned some agency nurses at KIMS who I considered rude and useless and had upset another patient. I am sure Mr Ellis will have passed on my comments to KIMS as it partially marred my overall care at the hospital which was very good.

Thank you very much for your review. I am pleased that my care was so good. I am of course disappointed that the care provided by the agency nurses at KIMS fell short for you. I will of course pass this back to the hospital. Perhaps you could contact my practice manager or KIMS directly to expand on your experience as team work is so vital to provide an exemplary patient experience and goes a long way to promoting a rapid recovery. With kind regards Simon Ellis

on a recent visit to kims hospital to see mr ellis for a pre-op consultation , my wife and I found mr ellis to be a very easy person to talk to. my wife put her concerns to him and he did not falter or hesitate once , his easy going manner, wit and relaxed sense of good humor totally put my wife at ease , he is without doubt a confident person and very aware of his skill set. I will be writing a post op review.......

Thank you for your kind review. Seeing a specialist in the out-patient setting can be very daunting for patients however in my experience being able to answer questions and explain things in a straightforward way helps to create the sense of ease you and your wife experienced. I will continue to provide the highest quality of ongoing care. With kind regards Simon Ellis

From the very beginning Mr Ellis went carefully through the options and procedures available for my knee problem and at no point did I feel pressurised in any way. The more we talked the more I gained confidence in him and by the end of the consultation I knew Mr Ellis was the right person for me. His professionalism combined with his friendly manner continued throughout and I would totally recommend him.

Mr Ellis is the ultimate consultant without the proverbial ego! He takes the pains to explain his plans and also to review outcomes after the operation. Pleasant and refreshing in these days of cost-cutting and value engineering. Many thanks S. Anibaba
