Once I was in the care of this clinic they were great and have been very helpful and truly done a good job in getting me treatment for adhd, I have even recommended them to family members who also possibly have adhd.
The only negative is the long time waiting to be within their care (but I think they try their best in making this a shorter wait)

I was given very good care, the doctor and nurse both listened to my feedback and requirements and I was always listened to when I needed assistance. Instructions given were easy to follow and my medication was changed when we found certain pills were not working for me.

Sally was extremely helpful and reliable throughout titration. she genuinely cares and is very responsive to individual needs. when there was a delay in receiving my meds due to the postal strikes, she went above and beyond.

Really disappointed that having been prescribed a Schedule II controlled substance, I cannot even speak to my prescriber on the phone about side effects and how they're meant to work, let alone have an appointment or video call.
Trying to get answers from my prescriber on the portal has been very difficult and they often missed the point of the question i was asking or ignored it altogether. I still feel totally in the dark about long term effects of the drugs and how they're impacting my physical health.

Nurse Helen was there to support me throughout my diagnosis of ADHD.
They were patient with me for months as we were trying to find which medication would work best for me.
I really appreciate everyone's support throughout.

There's not very much to say about Psychiatry uk other than I have no complaints whatsoever. They've done everything correctly as far as I can see and the staff have been considerate, polite and understanding whenever I have been in contact with them.
This should be looked on as a glowing review because I am a pedantic old bugger and if there was any fault to be found I would find it.
The doctor assigned to me, Dr Alan Cross is the person who I have spoke with throughout and he has been nothing short of wonderful, I cannot recommend this doctor, and by association Psychiatry uk, enough, they have changed my life, so if you need the sort of help they provide I would say look no further.
