Really disappointed that having been prescribed a Schedule II controlled substance, I cannot even speak to my prescriber on the phone about side effects and how they're meant to work, let alone have an appointment or video call.
Trying to get answers from my prescriber on the portal has been very difficult and they often missed the point of the question i was asking or ignored it altogether. I still feel totally in the dark about long term effects of the drugs and how they're impacting my physical health.
