Some really attentive and supportive staff. Having to wait over 4 hours to end treated without knowing why I was waiting so long or being checked in on was somewhat frustrating. Once up for treatment, I could not fault the nurses.

Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry you were disappointed with the phone call and wait time in clinic. We do try to keep to the diary as much as possible, however in any clinical setting this can be affected by unforeseen incidents, both clinical and operational for which I can only apologise. Someone should have kept you updated and I will ensure this is fed back to the relevant managers. Thank you for the lovely comments and five star rating, which I know the team will appreciate.

Everyone was very caring and kind and made me feel at ease. The only thing for me was the location as I had to travel from Preston but not a problem as I was made to feel very comfortable by staff, thank you

Everyone was so lovely and didn't judge me they supported me and were very caring even held my hand while I was having the canular fitted as I'm scared of needles. I felt comfortable throughout everything I really appreciate everyone here they were all amazing thank you so much

Everyone I have spoken to and met have been so incredibly kind and nice. This has been the worst thing that has ever happened to me and has been the worst thing I have ever had to do and everyone I have spoken to has just made this so much easier l, they have listened to me, been kind and put me at ease within seconds. They have been patient while I have cried and really really helped me. I can’t thank you all enough you do amazing things. I have complications and so my journey isn’t over yet but I feel extremely confident that I am in very safe and caring hands.

Due to unforseen circumstances I found myself in this position but was met with Marie stopes who were supportive and discreet in the treatment. It's not somewhere somewhere want to be however what a great supportive service I didn't feel judged or looked down on at all.
