The staff were very kind and non-judgemental.
The treatment was clearly explained to me and I was told about follow-up support that I could access if needed.

All the staff were lovely and kind, I was very nervous but they put me at ease and made me comfortable from the moment I stepped into the building, the nurse who i was first seen by for my consultation went above and beyond for me and also the nurse who was with me as I went under anthsetic was so reassuring and the care assistant who delt with me afterwards was lovely.
