I will see that the managers are made aware of this as we sometimes need to remind staff to ensure they are listening to clients and responding accordingly. Everything was clearly explained. I have other issues regarding DV which was taken extremely seriously and with care and compassion. I felt very educated that my decision was ok and right for me. I also feel any questions or advice I need they are a phone call away, so in such a difficult and heartbreaking situation I have been taken through with the up most care.

I felt quite nervous before entering the clinic, but I didn't need to be. The lady on reception was polite and friendly and the midwife and nurses put me at ease and were very kind and warm. They explained everything to me clearly and treated me with dignity and respect. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience as I wasn't too sure what to expect as I have never been to an abortion clinic before. I left the clinic feeling alot better about my situation. Thank you to all the staff who looked after me at the Maidstone clinic.
