I felt quite nervous before entering the clinic, but I didn't need to be. The lady on reception was polite and friendly and the midwife and nurses put me at ease and were very kind and warm. They explained everything to me clearly and treated me with dignity and respect. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience as I wasn't too sure what to expect as I have never been to an abortion clinic before. I left the clinic feeling alot better about my situation. Thank you to all the staff who looked after me at the Maidstone clinic.
