Medicine the way it should be! My first visit to Professor Winters this week was nothing but impressive. She was knowledgeable, friendly, interested and sharp as a tack. I left feeling in very, very, capable hands and only wished I had met her years ago. The 'One Stop' concept is also a refreshing and efficient one. I went in for a consultation and left 1.5 hours later having also had a mammogram and an ultrasound. I had the scan results before leaving the hospital, and a summary letter from Professor Winters in my in-box later the same day. I have a complicated medical history with far too many 'so-so' medical experiences; this was this complete opposite of those and in fact a new bar has been set.

I was pretty nervous before my appointment but was put at ease immediately. Zoe was extremely friendly and professional and explained everything fully to me. She even went the extra mile and explained other aspects of female health too. She emailed me a summary of my scans and sent some helpful literature before I even arrived home from my appointment. I did not feel rushed at all during my consultation with her which was very refreshing and shows that she really cares about her patients

I was fortunate to see Prof. Zoe Winters last week following a brief but worrying breast concern. Appointment arrangement was efficient and informative both at the hospital and with Prof. Winters’ practise manager, Jenny Hoyle. Despite being a very busy Consultant, Prof Winters’ manner and calmness was greatly appreciated, especially when visiting a hospital with a worrying concern. She remained professional and incredibly informative throughout the appointment but with such a down to earth nature that I felt I could speak freely and openly. Above all Prof Winters listened and my appointment with her plus referrals for further checks left me feeling completely reassured.

Professor Zoe Winters is the best doctor I have ever visited so far. She really cares. Me before the appointment: feeling worried and a bit stressed Me after the appointment: feeling positive and taken care of She gave me a warm welcome to her office and asked about my symptoms & feelings, family history, life habits and others in a positive way. After careful examination, she kindly shared her professional opinions and personal experience and let me know that her job was to make us females empowered (that is why she sent me a few relevant papers to read regarding breast health). She is very thorough in her approach and moreover, she referred me to a few other specialists to better help with my issues. Zoe is much more than a distinguished doctor. She is super knowledgeable, kind, caring and empathetic at heart. Five star is just not enough. She is an inspiration. Also many thanks to her secretary Jenny Hoyle who helped arrange the appointment and all the following referral letters.

We are very pleased with Dr Zoe Winters, she help me to understand and information that she give was very fully.She managed to calm me down and give me confidence even before the actual consultation began. It is immediately understood that she is a specialist and professional with many years of experience and a very good reputation. Very kind and good person. I really felt comfortable at all the time.
