I was admitted to surgery for removal of a parotid gland tumor. Miss Christine Lwin was my designated consultant. Immediately from the start she was highly empathic and demonstrated exceptional levels of professional knowledge. This gave me a great sense of trust and belief in her work. Post operation she was there when I opened my eyes and immediately attended to assuring me of the successful outcome of the surgery. She visited me several times in recovery and was positive and encouraging, offering welcome advice as to the next steps, which was emotionally comforting in my post-operation condition. Miss Lwin has years of experience, and it is easy to realise how she has won awards and why her services are so sought after. Together with her team she resolved a complex surgery on me successfully. Encouragingly, several other medical professionals have since commented on how well my wounds have healed and muted how good the surgeon must have been. Overall, I would recommend Miss Lwin in a heartbeat. Thank you with all my heart for operating on, and ultimately, healing me Miss Lwin!!

Miss Lwin was punctual, confident and reassuring and dealt with my problem as thoroughly and gently as she could - I could not have been in better hands. Also, I must mention the excellent attention I received from Miss Lwin's secretary, Tracy Melling, who always returned my calls promptly and responded to my queries in an intelligent and encouraging manner - she is a real asset to the team.
