Informative and informed. Very satisfied. This lady explains everything and answers all questions. Fortunately I don’t go to hospital very often (even after 73 years) but the treatment, the department and after care is more than anyone could ask. Well done and THANK YOU.

A very personable approach & clearly explained the processes throughout our dealings. She seemed very knowledgeable & very impressive during the procedure caring for a member of her team sympathetically who was a little ill without it seemed missing a beat in what she was doing. She is easy to talk to & wanted to make sure that I understood all the information that I needed to know. She & her team are very impressive

I accompanied my elderly mother who has dementia for her appointments and surgery. Mum was treated with respect and kindness throughout. Mrs Lwin and her team provided excellent treatment and care. Thank you
