Mr Ellis was very courteous and thoroughly professional throughout the procedure, from initial consultation to post-operation review, with a completely satisfactory outcome. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Many thanks to Mr Ellis for being so patient and kind with me over my delayed knee operation due to an insect bite. I couldn't have had better treatment if I had been the queen!!

Thank you so much for your kind feedback. Unfortunately a sudden glimpse of summer brought out the mosquitoes hence your bite. Before starting surgery we should avoid any avoidable risk. We will go forward when the time is right for you. With kind regards Simon Ellis

I saw Mr Ellis a few weeks ago about my painful knee, which I have had since Christmas. Having looked at my x-rays Mr Ellis explained how worn away the knee was and told me that there was a lot of arthritis in it. Unfortunately it appeared that to solve the problem completely a knee replacement was the only option. He was very thorough and explained everything to me, making sure that I understood the problem. I found him very understanding and felt at ease with him. I feel very confident to be in his hands when I have my knee replacement done after my holidays.

I am pleased that you found the experience good and that I provided you with the confidence so important when going forward with a life event such as a knee replacement. I will continue to provide the highest level of care for you moving forward. With kind regards Simon Ellis
