I have nothing but high praise and grateful appreciation for the care I have received from Mr Paul Thiruchelvum and the Breast Clinic team at Charing Cross: a particular shout-out to Jess Buatsi. Paul’s dedication and expertise in his field is clearly evident, along with his genuine compassion and respect for you as both his patient and as an individual, engendering my full trust and confidence throughout this journey. And it has been a journey. Since my initial breast cancer diagnosis, I have had a lot of information to digest and myriad decisions to make. Paul never made me feel rushed. He took the time to clearly explain and illustrate all my options and answer all my questions. He made follow up appointments to allow me time to think and come back to discuss further, and arranged meetings with colleagues in other departments, such as the Plastic Surgery team, to ensure that throughout this process my decisions have been well-informed. He is an exceptional surgeon with a high duty of care, fully invested in both your well-being and achieving the optimal aesthetic outcome. Having had two wide local excisions, and having now completed my radiotherapy and beginning to heal, I am very happy with the results.

Amazing surgeon. Always took the time to explained me in details why and what he was choosing a specific procedure, even on the operation day itself. Extremely approachable, caring and listening. I am so happy that I had him for my surgery. The result of the work he did is absolutely amazing. Also really great following after the procedure. I will give me my life again without even thinking about. 10000000% trustworthy and professional.

Mr Thiruchelvam was superb for the duration of my time under his care. He ensured that I was comfortable and understood what my options were and the whole time was reassuring and informative. I had every confidence in him that he would do his absolute best during my operation and at the follow up appointment he was clear and concise about what was done and how we would move forward. I would be completely happy if I was to be put under Mr Thiruchelvam care again. Thank you
